| At Principal Evolutions we design our coaching programs to fit our customer's needs.
In its simplest form, coaching and leadership development calls can be arranged for whatever frequency and duration that best serves the client's agenda.
For more involved agendas our typical process includes:
Design and Buy-In - An initial discussion to define the specific goals and outcomes most beneficial to the executive, their sponsor and their organization.
Assessment - The implementation and evaluation of any assessments (360, MBTI, EQI, etc.) or other input that might be beneficial to the process. As required.
Coaching - The accountability of bi-weekly coaching calls with the executive to advance the working agenda. Included in this phase will be any necessary curriculum required to increase the client's knowledge and effectiveness.
Impromptu Calls and Progress Reviews - As needed.
Final Review and Forward Planning - The coaching concludes with a review of progress, and the design of any support structures the executive may require to support ongoing development.
Typical coaching engagements last between 3 and 6 months, and are designed to ensure the optimum realization of both the executive's and organization's best possible outcome. |
